He lost his wife and the mothers of his three children in an accident last year, and found solace in music and singing with the support of friends.

Matt Mauser introduced himself in a previous show of American talent by singing the song ‘Against All Odds (Take A Look At Me Now)’, originally performed by English singer and musician Phil Collins.

Before that, he shared a sad family story – last year he lost his beloved wife, with whom he was a soulmate, in a helicopter crash. NBA star Kobe Bryant also lost his life in the same helicopter accident.
