Hollywood filmmaker and Aubrey Plaza’s husband, Jeff Baena, has tragically passed away at the age of 47.
According to TMZ, Baena was found dead by an assistant at his home in the Los Angeles area on Friday morning.

Law enforcement sources reported that police and fire personnel responded to the scene around 10:30 AM for a death investigation, and Baena was later pronounced dead. The cause of death has been confirmed as suicide.
Baena was known for directing films such as ‘Life After Beth’ (2014) and ‘The Little Hours’ (2017). He married Plaza, who gained fame from ‘Parks and Recreation’, in 2021 after a decade of dating.
Plaza has since starred in projects like ‘Emily the Criminal’ and ‘The White Lotus’. Baena’s death has left many in the entertainment world heartbroken.
